On the exterior An outdoor & private swimming pool with 4 sun loungers encircled by 20 square meters of grass, olive trees and flowers. There is a large balcony with a pergola table for 4-6 people. Private parking for up to 2 cars. The swimming pool is 8m x 4.2 m with depth from 1-1.4 m. The swimming pool is private and only for the guests of the apartment Tilio. Nobody else is using the swimming pool. The garden is 170 square meters in total. On the interior The apartment has 2 bedrooms in total. One bedroom has a double bed (1.6 m x 2 m) and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is capable of accommodating 5 people in its comfortable sofas. The kitchen has a large dining table.
